iFix Workspace will not scale multiple monitors
Symptom
When enabling "Allow workspace to scale multiple monitors in run mode" in GE's iFix Workspace application for HMI's it fails to work correctly.
Environment
Primary Product Module : GE iFix
Primary Product Version : 5.9
Primary Product OS : Windows 10
Cause
Workspace can only scale from screen 1 to screen 2 in that order
Resolution
In order for workspace to scale your multiple monitors correctly you must configure your main monitor to match which screen your machine identify's as Screen 1. If your screens are physically configured in a different order you should move the physical plug connections to ensure numbering correctly. Once screen 1 is marked as your main screen iFix will scale correctly.
